Omg guys, you have to stay here! the view from the room and hi-fi system put the cherry on top. Just flaw? no dining. But who cares with all the goodies around! 🥰

During our visit to New York City, we stayed at a hotel near Times Square. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The location was excellent, with easy access to major attractions and the subway. The reception staff were friendly and provided complimentary bottles of water. The only downside was the limited breakfast options on-site, but there were plenty of nearby places to eat. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we appreciated the convenient location and helpful staff.

I stayed here 5 nights and I liked it. The staff were both polite and courteous. The buffet breakfast was gorgeous and marvellous, lots of options.

The breakfast is incredible and the staff is competent, helpful. Facilities are great, and there's shuttle to attractions. Also, they offer parking nearby.

Lobster Roll, cut it SPARKED our night at Soho. Vegan junk food boutiques like Cinnamon Snails and Van Leeuwen.

The hotel was cool, I loved the pretty friendly staff and tasty breakfasts. It was in a very central location, very close to Times Square. Before bed I went to O'lunney's for a nightcap, it's right next to the venue. The restaurant was at a short distance from the hotel.

I had a really enjoyable experience here, everything was perfect, the location was perfect not far from Times Square, Penn Station and Manhattan. Compact, fashionable room on the 14th floor. There also was discounted parking and excellent pool. I could park the car nearby.

Perfect spot for us to hop on the subway and hit up the museums, theaters, and all the lit cultural spots like Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace. The room was clean and had everything we needed, plus the pool was a dope chill spot after a day of exploring. Definitely coming back for another epic trip!

Yo, it would be fire if the hotel had a lit rooftop bar or club so we could turn up after a day of exploring the city.

45 Times Square is a gem! The staff, especially Massiel, went above and beyond for my husband's birthday. The family room with bunk beds was a hit with my family. Despite minor issues like cleanliness and bed setup, the location was superb. The quirky decor added a touch of Japan.

Really had really great stay for a clean comfortable hotel in times square. Clean property with brilliant location in New York City just off Times Square, lots of attractions like Top of the Rock, subway. An early check-in and the staff was fast.

A hidden gem in Times Square! Shoutout to Massiel for the amazing birthday surprise. The family room with bunk beds was perfect for us. Despite some cleaning issues and minor room flaws, the exceptional staff and convenient location make this hotel a yearly must-stay for us.

This place deserves more than 3 stars, it has beautifully designed rooms and serves excellent breakfast.

Comfortable bed

Tiny room with no desk or chair, dark. Swimming pool and sauna open only from 9 am until 9 pm.

The people were great. The location was excellent. The bed and pillows were comfortable even for a bad back. Rainbird shower was nice. The wifi worked well and was free. Exceptional staff, on hand to help whatever the problem. Big rooms, tidy and clean. Huge TV with a wide variety of movies and TV shows to watch, all free. Beautiful sauna, steam room, and pool. Continental breakfast buffet style with a huge choice to choose from. Friendly staff. Literally 1 minute from Times Square and right in the heart of the city!

We had an amazing stay at Room Mate Grace in Times Square. the hotel was incredibly creative and visually appealing. From the unique design of the entire hotel, including the elevator, to the clever use of space in the rooms, everything was impressive. the bed on a platform that doubled as a sitting area was a brilliant idea, and the well-planned suitcase-sized slots under the platform were perfect for storing luggage. the mattresses were incredibly comfortable, providing us with the best night's sleep in a long time. We also had complete control of the room temperature, which is often hard to find. the location was unbeatable, situated on a quiet side street just off Broadway. We found some great restaurants in the area, and there were plenty more options just a few blocks away in Hells Kitchen. the indoor pool and sauna were a great bonus, especially for the kids who loved the color-changing underwater lights and the swim-up bar. the customer service was exceptional, and we couldn't have asked for more. Room Mate Grace offered a fantastic experience and we can't wait to visit again.

It is impossible to use the treadmills in the gym if you are over 1m75 because the ceiling is too low!

45 Times Square Hotel was a great gem. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist with a medical issue. Despite some minor maintenance issues, they were promptly fixed, and we were even upgraded! An excellent hotel in a fantastic location.

Staff helped me with shopping. Perfect with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, restaurant, and fitness center. Coming back for Christmas.

location was very good, close to the metro lines and most of the attractions that can be done on foot. bed was very comfortable, room was well equipped. staff was very very nice. Super pool. towels changed every day. rooms very well done by the maids.

size of the bedroom and bathroom is a little small. heating made a lot of noise. windows were poorly insulated and let the cold come in.

I've already recommended this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

We came to stay for 9 nights for New Year and my partner's birthday. The staff were lovely and very helpful, assisting us with New Year's Eve reservations, printing tickets, and providing advice.
